Shane is the General Manager of Paslin Mexico since January 2023, with 20 years in the Mexican Automotive manufacturing and production market he is tasked with developing the local business to expand our global footprint. Manufacturing and Automation director with a 23-year record of success overseeing all phases of multimillion-dollar automotive assembly lines for OEM sector clients. Integrator experience includes sales, estimating, processing, design, fabrication, and installation. Tier 1 experience includes estimating new business, managing engineering, production, and maintenance departments of up to 140 people.
